No. A user is a person with a login. Listed business contacts do not use seats, and each person counts once across your company’s offices. The company owner is one of your 3 included users.

The company owner manages purchased user seats in Membership & billing. Pending colleague invitations reserve seats. Remove colleagues or revoke invitations before reducing your seat total. Purchased seats are billed even when empty, so removing a colleague frees a seat but does not automatically reduce your bill.

Network memberships are self-declared. You are responsible for checking another company's membership with the relevant network before working together. UCN memberships will be checked automatically against the latest list supplied by UCN; the process is to be confirmed and automatic checks are not active yet. A freight-network register entry does not verify a company's membership. Company identity checks, references and kudos do not guarantee membership or service quality.

It is a directory and relationship platform that helps you discover partners across networks. You agree services, rates, shipment bookings and commercial terms directly with the other company.

Core demo controls support English, Spanish, French, Arabic and Simplified Chinese, including right-to-left Arabic layouts. Translations are AI-assisted drafts awaiting local-language review; some detailed text remains English. Company names, contact details and user-authored content are preserved.

The referred company must be a distinct new company within the first 1,000 successfully paid company signups across the whole platform, including organic signups. After its first qualifying subscription payment is confirmed, both parties receive a US$10 credit toward the base membership on their next monthly bill. Additional user seats remain chargeable.

Each qualifying new company can earn the referrer another US$10 base-membership credit, but that new company qualifies only once. Credits are not cash. Creating a profile or opening an invitation does not reserve a place, qualify a referral or award a credit. The demo only previews attribution; live billing and reward validation are planned.
